Seven Tips To Keep Your Long Hair Really Healthy

Maintaining strong and healthy long hair is not an easy job; it actually takes time and dedication from your side to get shiny and supple locks. Strong and healthy long hair doesn’t grow over night, there are certain tips and tricks to keep your long hair really healthy, and we’ll walk you through them all in details.
1. Don’t be afraid to get rid of the bad ends regularly.
Not just to give your hair a fresh look, but getting your hair cut regularly can help it grow fast and in a healthy way. Keeping the bad hair ends won’t add any length, it will weaken your hair, make it thinner and it won’t grow the way you like it.
2. Long and healthy hair starts from a healthy scalp.
Taking care of your scalp is the main key to long healthy hair. Massaging your scalp without using fingernails doesn’t only keep you relaxed; but also it helps the blood circulate better in that area. Fighting dandruff is very important, clogged roots can stop your hair from growing healthily. How about a natural mask to detox your scalp? Even better.
3. Don’t brush your hair when it’s wet.
If you find your long hair really tangled after a shower, avoid brushing it when it’s wet. The amount of hair you’ll lose will only make your heart ache. Put a hair serum and gently use your fingers to try and untangle your locks. After your hair dries, start brushing it gently.

4. Brush your hair every day before you go to bed.
Brushing your hair before going to bed will keep you relaxed, but there’s so much more to brushing. Brushing your hair allows the natural oils to come out of your, natural oils are very beneficial to your hair health and growth.
5. Styling your hair every other day will break your hair.
Using heat everyday on your hair will weaken your hair follicles and will lead to very tired hair. Imagine you’re putting this heat on your face, you’ll burn it! Your hair and scalp are as fragile as your face. So be careful how you use straighteners and blow dryers on your hair, they could be the cause why your hair is breaking and not growing.
6. Don’t wash your hair every day.
Washing your hair every day leads to worn out and weak hair, as it becomes very easy to break. You’re constantly stripping the natural oils away from it. And as a defense reaction from your body, your scalp produces more oil to moisturize the dry scalp, so you feel like you need to shower every day. Get your hair used to be washed every three to five days and you’ll see the difference.
7. Invest in a satin pillow or Egyptian cotton pillow cover.
Sleeping on a satin pillow or an Egyptian cotton pillow helps you avoid tangles and hair breakage. So, it’s really worth investing in a fancy pillow to help keep your long hair healthy

The Best Hairstyles for Women with Thin Hair to Fake a Fuller Look

Everyone wishes for full looking hair, nobody wants their hair to look thin and tired. But, what if you have thin hair? It’s not really a problem because there are hairstyles for women with thin hair to fake a fuller look.
Before I tell you about the best hairstyles women with thin hair should go for to fake a fuller look, let me give you some hairstyling tips:
– Women with thin hair looking for a voluminous hair look should avoid long haircuts. You should stick to shoulder length or above shoulder length. Long hair can highlight the fact that you have thin hair, and longer hairstyles tend to rebel against voluminous hairstyles, because the weight pulls the hair down and ruins the volume or curls you tried so hard to get.
– Avoid using too much serum and coconut oil, they’ll only make your hair look flat, and that’s something you’d want to avoid. You can use them only on the ends of your hair every now and then.
– Don’t use too much heat when you dry your hair, the heat will cause more damage to your hair. Also, forget about brushing every day, brushing can cause your hair to break. Use your fingers to brush your hair every day and to massage your scalp

Quality and tested ways to achieve the perfect makeup. Try it

1. Do not wear too much makeup! It means that to enhance features not bring attention to you will be done by the makeup. That is what too much wearing of makeup will do. It will just bring unwanted attention to you. Never wear too thick eyeliner it will just make you look overdone and will just ruin your whole packaging. Avoid using too much mascara for it looks unnatural and it will flake.
Make sure that your foundation is the same as your skin color. You must blend it well and remember that it meant to protect and give your face a smooth look. Avoid having obvious lines due to uneven blend of your powder. Ew!
2. Always apply a lip liner to completely cover the lips and then add color and your lipstick will definitely stay much longer. However, make sure that your lip liner does not show and the color matches your skin tone. If you want to make your lips appear small then stay inside the outline of your lips. However, if you decide to make your lips look larger, going outside the natural outline of your lips is recommended.
3. Make sure to wear makeup that is appropriate for the occasion. For instance, you are going to the beach you should not wear the same or as much makeup as you would if you were going to a party. And of when you are in daylight your makeup should be a lighter than when you are out for the evening.
4. Your perfect overall look. When your makeup is completed it should look natural. That simply means avoiding color that clash. If you have dark skin and hair you will look better in darker shades, light colors will make you look washed out. If your hair and skin tone are light, light colors will be better to you. If you have oily skin, it is better to use first oil control moisturizer and foundation then be sure to wear lose powder and then retouch if necessary.
5. Wearing makeup takes a lot of calculation. If you are unsure start with the light colors and then start slowly. Add one product at a time. You can start with foundation then mascara then blush on and lipstick.
6. Your hair color. It should be in harmony with your skin. If you have a dark complexion then keeps it close shade with your makeup. However if you have light hair, use light colors. As you age lighten up your makeup for it to look better and natural.
7. Lastly, always keep your makeups looking fresh and vibrant retouch when needed to get that perfect model look.

Brilliant ways to polish your nails

  1. Themost flattering nail shape is not long or short or square, it’s “squoval” — not quite square and not quite oval. Get the look yourself by filing nails into a shape that mirrors the curve of your nail base. To ensure your nails are the same length after filing, line each nail up with its counterpart.
  2. Don’t shake the nail polish bottle, instead roll it between your palms. This mixes the polish without causing air bubbles. Before polishing clean nails, soak a cotton ball in nail polish remover and swipe across nails. This will remove any excess oils or soap than can cause peeling once polish is applied.
  3. One trick for applying nail polish: Hold the brush between the thumb and middle finger while resting your forefinger on the top of the cap. To get the best results, apply thin layers. Then apply a thin layer of polish down the middle then one on the left and one on the right. After the first coat dries for a couple minutes, repeat, then follow with a thin layer of topcoat.
  4. Once your pedicure or manicure is complete, run an orangewood stick dipped in nail polish remover along either side of nail to fix any mistakes.
  5. Speed up the drying process by aiming a blow-dryer at toes (set on cool) for a minute at a time. Be sure to keep the dryer at least 12 inches from your feet.

Combine a handful of shampoo with one to two tablespoons of baking soda and massage into hair.
